Log into with your SDSUid credentials, and click on the button labeled "Install Office" to begin the download. Office 365 is licensed for use on up to 5 computers. (Note: If you have already logged in to an application using Single Sign-On (SSO), you may not need to re-enter your SDSUid and password.) Microsoft Office Simply go to and you will be redirected to the Microsoft portal to login with your SDSUid. Applications include Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and more. Google Workspace for Education is an online cloud storage and collaboration tool that provides users the ability to create, share and collaborate using the Google Workspace. San Diego State has partnered with Google to provide free Google Workspace accounts to all current students.
